Need to raise the manholes up and hire a company for in state, not even an in state company used. City is becoming more pathetic

You are supposed to use risers to raise the height of the man hole cover when you pave. They paved all of Main St. and left quite a few "holes". You have to weave around them.
Front end repair, tires, rims, suspension is not cheap.....
