Description

There is a tree down in the communal backyard/public space behind the rows of houses between 48th and 49th and walnut and sansom. The tree fell on an electrical wire which knocked the wire over, and it now is crooked in the yard.

There's a little bit of a problem with that because Licenses and Inspections issues violations for trees on private property and Fairmount Park handles STREET trees (trees between the sidewalk and curb). This tree doesn't seem to fit in any of these categories. (mb)
