Description

On Madison, between 5th & 6th, the entire sidewalk is blocked by an ever growing illegal encampment & all its associated garbage & waste. No doubt there are rats & maggots crawling about in this open air garbage dump. The illegal encampment on the section are allowed to proliferate by the city, & is a full blown public health hazard. This mess needs to be removed now, so the sidewalk can reclaimed for use by the general public.
