Description
Apt complex with multiple issues. Tenants do not manage trash or recycling. (1) I saw one tenant leave complex and throw bag of trash right onto the sidewalk when getting into car!! The litter was blown down the street into neighboring yards, and I had to pick it up. (2) Recycling can has been sitting overflowing on the property for months, and has never been set to curb for pickup! The items are spilling out as litter, and blowing around the neighborhood for others to manage. (3) The complex includes 3 units, but they have 4 city trash cans on property. Tenants (and landlord) do not maintain cleanliness of this property; they never set containers to street for pickup, and it is effecting surrounding streets. I set one of their containers to the street last week--which was full--and noticed the others were full as well! Please contact tenants and landlord for violation of codes which require property to be clean and maintained.

If you think for any reason that the issue you submitted in the past might still be unresolved, please feel free to submit a new report with the SeeClickFix St. Pete website or mobile app and we will make sure the issue is directed to the appropriate City department to be addressed as soon as possible.
