Political sign on minivan parked in street. Owner thinks they can evade the law about political signs on public right of way. Perhaps the vehicle should be towed.

I just drove by on my way home from lunch the sign is still there in the street, under the junky minivans windshield wiper. Have your compliance office recheck his map and go back and do it right this time.
