Description

An inboard motor boat has been parked on Norwood for over two months in the same spot, even though there are parking restrictions on Norwood. The bulk of the boat and its trailer makes it difficult for 2 vehicles going in opposite directions to pass. It is surprising that APD has not, apparently, bothered to contact the owner or ticket the boat. If it has, then follow up has been rather sluggish, as the boat and trailer hasn't moved an inch from the spot. There is a license plate on the trailer, and a registration number on the boat, so it should be easy to ascertain who the owner is.
