beach village bathrooms... all 3 toilet seats need replaced. the inside screws where the seat pivots open and closed are rusted. everytime they are cleaned rust colored water and particles are left behind and looks like someone used the restroom causing the toilets to look unclean. we have tried several different methods of this not happening with no good results. please change them out.
