Description

There is a problem with individuals locking their bicycles to the handicap parking sign pole at this location. Please remove all bicycles immediately and please monitor this location for violators.

Poles are also missing signs that state it is illegal to lock bicycles to handicap sign poles.

Please rectify this issue.
