This building has stopped construction before finishing a long time ago. It sits empty with construction trash and debris everywhere. This has to be multiple violations to construction permitting. There is no fence to keep people out, overgrown all around it, looks abandoned, etc. Safety issue, homeless attractant, eye sore! Please issue violations ti owner, financing bank (per sign in front of it) and construction company.
