I understand it's not the right season to repair this due to the cold weather, however I am hoping that at least the large pieces of cement can be removed from my flower bed this fall, and then in the spring the repair work can be done in better weather. If someone could let me know that planned time table I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Why was my issue closed without repairs being made? The damage done to my property has not been rectified since the damage was done in November of 2018. How do I get this issue taken care of if the city closes the complaint without addressing the issue? The dirt from my property runs down the hill every time it rains, and the retaining curbing that was broken in the construction and then removed needs to be replaced. Should I be contacting the mayor's office? Other city officials? The state? Please let me know when the repairs will be made.

We sold the house and moved out of state, but I'm sure the new owners would appreciate a repair. I'm disappointed that during the 2.5 years this issue has been open it has not been resolved. I'm closing the issue as it no longer is my property.
