Description

The bolkard garden planters up and down Loomis Street have all again been tagged with graffiti. Did anyone who came up with this plan really not anticipate that this would happen? As soon as DPW spray paints over the tags, new ones appear. Now that the plans have been removed, these are just big round graffiti targets.
