It’s 5:00 pm and dark in Veterans Park. Time change again and again I write to remind the city to turn the park lights on. Those in charge should be ashamed that they are unable to do their job. The time changes twice a year and timers should be changed in the parks of Holyoke each time. CHANGE THE TIME ACCORDING TO THE TIME CHANGE. This is a safety issue and someone should be in charge. I have a reminder on my calendar that alerts me of schedules, those in charge should try it. This is an example that no one cares for the safety of the community!!!
