1) Go to the following website: https://www.aepohio.com/ 2) In the middle of the page you will see a section titled "Outages and Problems/Report Outages and Problems"
3) In the drop down menu choose "Report a Street Light Problem"
4) Fill out the required information. NOTE: You will need the Pole ID# which is located on a metal plate of the actual pole.
AEP will then address this issue in a timely manner.
