Q. Please describe the issue
A. Lot between Forest & Walter Street only has a garage on it & has been vacant since the house on it burnt down. Lately I have noticed there are more than half a dozen vehicles on the lot a boat also all with for sale signs on them. is this place legal?? there are no signs, etc
