Description

People loitering in the neighborhood, consuming alcohol in the streets and littering empty bottles, blasting loud music from their cars and bass rumbling throughout the streets. Cars blocking driveways and doubled parked. How many times do we have to report this to get it taken care of? It's been reported multiple times. I've posted here three times, this is the correct address. The map kept reconfiguring to a different location.
