It's not only at 5pm, I have come home as late as 630p and even on weekends you can't get off of this ramp due to the lousy timing of the light on 305 under the bridge. The person that changed the timing of these lights obviously doesn't use this exit ramp. I've sat on that ramp and watched 5-6 cars run the red light and block the intersection. This has been going on for months with no hope in sight. Some city could make a mint off of tickets for running the light, I think it's Wickliffe's gold mine, send some cops and re-time the lights!

Turning from 305 to Rt 2 East is horrible as well. There needs to be a turning arrow for going left.

when the lights turn green on the east off ramp at 305 the lights north of the bridge have to be green at the same time like they used to be. someone changed the sequence and they did not know what they were doing. traffic trying to go onto the west on ramp blocks the northbound lane of 305 causing the traffic jam. please reprogram the lights to allow smooth traffic flow. please look back at the programming records and go back to the old sequence to fix this..somebody is going to get seriously injured at this intersection because of the lights current sequence.

Must everything be politically correct and/or non-dangerous? An underpass at the 305 railroad crossing is certainly a higher priority.
