I don't understand the issue. Where exactly is the problem.

Where the off ramp for 91 and 141 met. People fly down 141 then with no signal zoom over to the far right. While signs say that people merging from 91 have there own lane that starts.

The DPW cannot paint lines at this time of year

Drivers run the red light all the time here. I agree something needs to be done make this intersection safer.

Drivers running red lights is a police issue.
