At a certain point “compassion” for the homeless needs to end.
We need to get tough with the vagrants in Vallejo.
They need some tough love to either get clean and off the street or get out of our town.

Just enforcing the laws would dramatically help the problem

More like our tax dollars being used inefficiently. Enforcing the laws for those that illegally dump or litter is much cheaper than running the current trash reporting and pickup service here on SeeClickFix. Enforcing the laws is a great deterrent and the word of mouth will go far to reduce this problem!
