Now there are "pit bulls" in the back yard on this property. The situation remains the same. Now I have additional concerns with my mother being next door to Pit Bulls with these hedges so high. Perhaps you could find out from the company that manages the rental property and ask them why these hedges have not been cut - T.R. Lawing. My mother is not to financially able to support cutting hedges for someone else's property. My mother is a homeowner in the NODA area for over 30yrs at the same address. The property next to her at 827 Woodside has overgrown hedges that the renters refuse to cut down or let her cut down. They are a safety hazzard for my mother who is disabled and lives alone. We have no way to reach the real owner and I am sure this is a neighborhood code violation. Also the property is an eye sore.
