Description

This dog was let loose to run around the neighborhood on October 26th. The female owner watched the dog as he went from house to house, but did nothing to gain control of the dog. I was outside working in my yard when the dog was let out. He came right over and pooped on my lawn while the owner watched.

The dog was in my yard and on my front porch at 7:30 this evening.

He is let loose to run around, the dog is big and has a mean glare when he approaches. This dog is being let out like this more often. When he is on a leash, which is rarely, a child is the one holding the leash.
