I agree, I love Vallejo too for the same reasons you do. However too many bums and criminals are making this city unlivable do to the lack of policing.

I love Vallejo too and pick up trash daily. I hate dysfunction and blight though and might leave if Vallejo never gets their act together. I pay taxes and follow laws and do extra and the immediate neighborhood looks better since I've been doing extra where Vallejo lacks. The perpetual homeless don't have jobs and just create blight etc. and that is most of what is keeping the neighborhood from being nicer. Homeless rights should end where my hard earned rights are infringed upon. So much lost potential in this city

don't lose hope, people do care in Vallejo.
