Q. If you selected "Other", please provide more detail as to the nature of the problem.
A. As of Monday, 11-12-2018 the traffic signals are working fine. There were two or three times when the signals were flashing four ways. The signals were flashing yellow for north and south Gratiot. The signals were flashing red for traffic going east and west on East Outer Drive. The traffic on East Outer Drive have a very hard time turning left for south bound Gratiot, or go across Gratiiot of make a right turn to Gratiot. The traffice on Gratiot, north and south bound do not stop at the flashing yellow. The traffic signal must be set up for a 4 way flashing red to be a sefer set up if the signal does not work properly in the first place. We avoid the intersection when the traffic signal malfunctions. Please fix for a 4 way red flashing signal.
