Description
Drivers have begun using 9th Street to go around the Holland Tunnel approach. The morning commute traffic and Sunday evening traffic now backs up for blocks. I live on 9th and Jersey and at times it extends from Marin to Jersey. Drivers have also begun using the left turn only lane at Marin and 9th Street. They block the box which prevents others from turning south on Marin.
I noted that another neighbor posted on this issue and it was closed but it is significant for the residents, local traffic and pedestrians.
