Description
All of the leaves from the trees on the odd side of the road in front of the Dormitory Authority blow across the street and get stuck in the gutter. These leaves then get wet and bog down in the gutter and totally cover the drain. The street begins to flood and as the temperature drops, the standing water becomes ice and creates a safety and parking issue.

A possible solution to the problem might be to post a no parking sign for an evening that coincides with street cleaning to ensure the leaves are removed and drain cleared before it snows.
