Those of us that live on Southgate between Oakwood and Garland would very much appreciate it if we could get some rock put down on that mile stretch of road! It has been several years since rock was put down and the road is in pitiful shape - especially when it is wet. Right now as you turn to go west on Southgate from Oakwood it is one gigantic muddy mess! I still don't understand why rock was put down on Southgate between Oakwood and Cleveland because there is not one residence there! If it was for the base people that kept sliding off in the ditch when it rained or snowed that was ridiculous (use your heads base people). They have the option to use Rupe (which is a solid surface road) - we don't have an option to get to our houses. It amazes me the people that will use Southgate between Oakwood and Cleveland when they have a solid surface road to use. For those of us that do NOT have that option please consider putting some rock down on Southgate between Oakwood and Garland!!
