If you are heading Northbound in the right hand lane of Rt309, as you get to the Hartman Road intersection the road is considerably uneven and causes my SUV, and other trucks I have witnessed, to bounce and potentially lose control. At one point I went over this on a normal, sunny day, and my back end kicked out so far to the right that my truck shot into the left lane towards the concrete barrier. If I wasn't paying extra attention to that intersection I would have ended up in the barrier. I drove by a dump truck yesterday and say at least 5 inches of air underneath his front tires as he drove over them. It's completely unsafe and needs to be repaved. I'd hate a family suv to end up shooting into another vehicle next to them because of this. It's a deadly accident waiting to happen.
