Description

This public building's address is 3455 Ettie Street (see https://goo.gl/maps/z6MoaKaS8jt). It is highly visible from Mandela Parkway and has been slathered with this graffiti since at least December 2015 (see https://goo.gl/maps/jS4GCV9zzNN2). With the City soon to install a new tuff shed encampment directly across Mandela Parkway (just north of Granite Expo), Dogtown cannot afford this graffiti'ed public facility to remain the visual "beacon of neglect" that it has become. See attached 11/12/2018 photo.
