Description

There is a bunch of ice that has formed at the bottom of Turnpike Road with its intersection with Mill Road. I believe it is due to water from the construction at the water tank. The temperatures are freezing now in water is going to freeze. If water is going to continue to come from that construction area then sand needs to be put down. This was a very dangerous coming down Turnpike Road. I was traveling well below the speed limit and almost slid into a police cruiser.
