Parks, Public Works, and the NHPD always say they don't have enough information to pursue these cases seriously. Hopefully this time they won't use that excuse.

@XYZ, while this issue is one of those exceptional cases where I understand the privacy and possible public safety concerns of anonymity, in general I support using SCF and similar tools openly and publicly with some measure of accountability.
In my opinion online anonymity discourages basic rules of respect and decency and enables people to say things that they wouldn't say, or say things in a way they wouldn't otherwise say it, in person.

Bottom line is there are some bad people out there and you do not know what they will do if they get a ticket or arrested arrested for something and then they find who reported them.
