Water leak. When is snowing or raining the train has water on the seats, on the sides,etc. People can’t seat. We, the people of Staten Island must have new trains please. Plus, is so cold outside and the train is cold looks that they didn’t turn on the heat

This is the initial response from the MTA. Can I confirm the time the constituent was on the train. Did they board at St. George or another station . This will assist in identifying the train car in the picture.
