Description

Coming off 202 onto Westtown Road - one must sit there for a long time before lights change with NO traffic anywhere. Can they be motion activated as on Rte 3 or switch to flashing after 9 pm. Many people just go anyway when they wait for awhile. Pleasse it's a way to save gas.
