The unit owners who are feeding feral (not TNVR) cats are:
Joanne Whitteaker 6678 79th Ave. N., Pinellas Park, FL - The rear porch door is left open continiously with food bowls-cats go in and out and stay in a blue container. There is a pregnant female seen recently multicolored and two black cats.
Ms. Mandal at 6689 80th Ave N, Pinellas Park, FL - the rear of her unit by the AC unit-she leave food daily for stray cats. A siamese colored cat and black cats go to the unit daily for food.
Ms. Fogel - 6691 80th Ave N, Pinellas Park, FL- the side (front door) entry to her unit in the mulch area-food is left daily, and her back porch is propped open with water and food for stray cats.
