almost everyone blows their leaves into the street- few bag them. And even when they do bag them leaf blowing creates clouds of dust- very unhealthy- let's go back to rakes. Leaf blowers should be banned in New Haven- highly polluting from the gas they use to the dust they create- and what about the noise pollution. One person's ease of labor translates into every neighbor's problem.
