I suspect they are complaining about illegal parking. This happens too often. Cars block driving lanes inconveniencing others and potentially causing accidents

Understand this isn’t a car standing or temporarily parked in the travel lane. It’s a worker’s vehicle sitting out their for hours, close to the corner and making for a dangerous situation, particularly for pedestrians.

The car should be ticketed and towed.

SCF is monitored by the city during normal business hours. As you have very helpfully pointed out previously XYZ, SCF is not a tool for reporting emergencies and for more immediate response time users should call the NHPD non-emergency line at (203)946-6316 or 911 in the event of an emergency. This issue was also initially mis-categorized as Public Spaces, Streets, and Drains. Please report parking violations under the Parking Violation category. We have been receiving daily SCF requests for construction workers at this intersection for almost a month. We understand that this is an ongoing concern and have issued numerous parking citations to vehicles parked in violation here as a result. Thank you.

Parking enforcement personnel investigated this issue and issued citations to all vehicles found in violation. Four vehicles were found illegally parked on High St. between George and Crown and were cited. We are closing this issue, but if the problem persists please generate a new request with verified information and details. Thank you for your help in this matter.
