At intersection of Marshall Rd and Windermere Ave there are 3 Do Not Enter signs but only 1 No Turn On Red signs, and it sits directly next to the Traffic Light on the Vertical Post. At night, this sign is difficult to see when stopped at a Red Light waiting to make a right hand turn onto Windermere from Marshall. The Red Traffic light is so bright you cannot read the sign. There have been many times that I will be waiting to make a right onto Windermere while at a Red Light and a car behind me goes around me into cross traffic because they could not see I was stopped for the No Turn on Red. Please Add a 2nd sign in a visible spot so people will possibly not be so aggressive and risk an accident!
