At the intersection depicted on the map attached to this SCF, (Peake Rd at Plantation Centre Dr S) there is no Yield sign on Peake Rd. Can you verify the intersection that you are referring to?

The Location is on Peak Road near 475 the intersection of hushpuppy Lane, Peake and Parklane place. When traveling north on Peake there's a yield sign as Peake takes a sharp right, there is a stop sign at hushpuppy Lane and Parklane place.

I believe the Yield sign on Peake Rd at this location is for motorists to yield if they are going to turn left or go straight into Parkplace Lane. I am going to refer this ticket to Traffic Engineering for clarification.

If you have an intersection with two stop signs, one yield sign and one through traffic, what is the rule of the road? How does the person with the yield sign know there's a stop sign; and which takes priority? As I said, it's just a little confusing. I know there are stop signs for the other two roads so I typically don't hesitate as I go around the corner on Peake Road. But others May stop and allow other traffic to go through intersection which may cause an accident.
