Can we get an estimated time for this to be resolved?

It has now been nearly 3 weeks since reported, and more trash has piled up. Garbage collectors never remove. There are now a few mattresses (3-4) in the alley as well.

Will be writing council member if not addressed by the end of this week,referencing these claim #s.
