Description
Seems to be an issue with the loop detector for traffic turning left from northbound Grafton St. onto Blithewood Ave. There is an extended wait period where that lane and and the northbound straight lane have greens even with no traffic, where traffic from Blithewood turning left onto Grafton and southbound Grafton St. traffic have red and start to back up.
