The issue is being resolved through our Private Property Maintenance Standards compliance process. First, we give the property owner a courtesy call to make them aware of the violations. If the violations are not corrected within 14 days we send 3 additional letters which ultimately lead to a $25 per day fine, suspension and lien on the property.
