The street signal at the intersection of D St., El Rose & Sunnyslope is malfunctioning. The signal, which used to funciton well as a demand signal with priority to D Street traffic, is now constantly signalling green for left turns from D Street onto El Rose when there are no cars there, backing up the D Street traffic.
