No presence information (11/27/2018 10:02 AM): On 11-27-18, I responded to this complaint in reference to See Click Fix # 5141933.
I arrived in the 1000 block of SE 2nd AVE. I observed the vacant lot with garbage the complainant was referring to reference the photo in See Click Fix.
I collected all of the garbage that was dumped on the Right-of-Way. There was nothing inside the garbage to identify a potential suspect or suspects. The items illegally dumped were mainly clothing.
The garbage was properly disposed of at out city compound.
No further action.
