I reported this problem in 2016. Rose was apparently the person it was assigned to. It was closed in the past month surprisingly since nothing was ever done about the problem. A home was built on Hatch Way that backs on Rocky Neck Ave.
A spring may have been disrupted as water pours off the rocks at the bottom of the property. There is always water in the street. Now with the cold we have an ice rink for 2-300 feet. I requested some repair to fix the drainage issue and to make sure the street is sanded whenever it gets below freezing. I still request this be fixed. Thank you.
