Description
The City Food Mart property on the corner of 28th Street North and 29th Ave N has litter strewn around which gets blown around the properties surrounding the property. This was a problem with the previous owner, but was rectified after several complaints to the city. The litter on the property has since become a problem with the new ownership of the Food Mart. The property is littered with styrofoam cups, bags, candy wrappers, cigarette bits and more. Because the dumpster lids are not closed...trash blows out and spreads to our yards.
