Description

There is a utility pole in front of my home that is tipping over. Numerous times I have called. ConEs has come out but has not responded as to what they will do about it. I am afraid with the cold and ice coming it will cause heaviness on the wires and cause them to come down as the pole tilts even further. Please advise
