Deskripsyon

This vehicle is permanently parked in front of 933 S McDonough St and does not move. There is a no parking sign about 30 yards away from it. School buses and other vehicles struggle to get around it safely when cars are parked on the other side of the street.

This car is legally parked and has effectively helped to calm traffic on this street, especially important since it is so close to a school.

Regardless of what Ms. Hughes claims above, there is a NO PARKING THIS SIDE OF THE STREET sign with arrows pointing both directions so it cannot be legally parked.
This vehicle has also caused an accident, see damage in photo where collision has occurred.
The “calming effect” described above is actually a hazard created by the bottle-neck. It should be towed away.
