The main reason these are reported is that the City has taken it as policy to require parking of boats, trailers, RVs and other equipment 50 feet from road, or screened behind a fence. I sold my boat because it was too much of a hassle to fix and can understand why compliant citizens report those who are not in conformity with the law. The City can change codes to conform to your ideals. Get busy with it, I agree with you, but fighting city hall is not my cup of tea.
