Smashed caution sign, graffiti on planters, and bent bollards. Up-and-down Loomis Street. These bollard gardens have become a real eyesore, as well as creating a more dangerous condition for us as bicyclists, as we now have to challenge both oncoming cars and cars behind us when the road unexpectedly narrows.
