Well, I'm am out of the reported house! The landlord is now doing interior work that needs permits! The house needs to be fully inspected! It truly needs to be condemned! While you are at it you should inspect all his properties, including his residence (first floor bathroom subfloor was replaced), The Malloy, and the Skylark! He had work done to all without permits! The Malloy was taken away from his control, his son in law took over! The landlord is truly a slumlord! And I'm homeless because of him!
