This vehicle has been parked overnight in a NO STANDING ANYTIME zone. Please send a PE officer to cite as they are a recurring offender. Their vehicle impedes the ability of school buses, public works, commercial vehicles (UPS & FEDEX) and emergency vehicles (fire trucks) from making the turn.
