My question is who pays for the poor quality roadconstruction across the city, this problem started less than a year after completion. I reported this about 2 years ago and nothing was done.

Still not fixed and geting worse, you add ad all of 68th between Poplat Dr. and 100th St which was just re-done last fall. What a terrible that was done, it's like a bucking bronco.
